EOI (and Pay It Forward) heading to SVP Fast Pitch Finals!

Fast-Pitch-Logo-with-Pointer (1)Are you interested in an evening of intellectual stimulation, creativity, and inspiration? Come cheer on EOI’s Kelli Smith as she competes in the SVP Fast Pitch Finals Tuesday, October 28th at McCaw Hall!

Kelli is one of 14 finalists who will present their pitch in front of a panel of eminent judges and impact investors for the chance to win a portion of up to $250,000 of grants and investments. Winners will be selected in the categories of best established nonprofit, best start-up nonprofit and best for-profit pitches. Kelli’s Pay it Forward pitch will be competing in the established nonprofit category.

Why should you be there?

As the Puget Sound’s largest business training and pitch competition, the SVP  Fast Pitch Finals is a great opportunity to watch inspirational pitches by both non-profit and for-profit social innovators. It’s a chance to network with investors, philanthropists, community leaders, and entrepreneurs and  learn more about some of the leading innovative  ideas addressing critical social issues facing our region.

In addition to presenting on stage, top candidates will have a table and display a posterboard highlighting their unique idea. As you peruse the aisles of visual inspiration, be sure to note your top picks because YOU as an audience member will have the opportunity to vote and select who receives thousands of dollars in the Audience Choice awards!

Ticket prices range from $100 to $250 however students receive a discount offer at $25.The price of your ticket includes heavy appetizers and drinks. Ticket proceeds fund prizes for non-profits and a portion of the ticket cost is a tax-deductible donation. Doors open at 5pm and the program starts at 6pm.
