Paid sick days – Would you support adoption of minimum City or County standards for paid sick days for all workers, to protect public health, build family economic security, reduce health care costs, and help all businesses prosper?

State legislature:

Washington’s Family and Medical Leave Insurance program – Would you support assuring that benefit payments under Washington’s Family and Medical Leave Insurance program can begin by October 2012, implementing a worker-paid payroll tax to finance the program, expanding the program to include a worker’s own disabling condition and caring for a seriously ill family member, and pursuing the possibility of federal funds to assist states with implementation costs?
