Super-wealthy private jets owners pay a flat fee to register their aircraft, regardless of the size or value of their jet. By requiring private jet owners to register their planes in the same way the rest of us register cars and boats, we can save $10 million every two years. That’s enough to fund maternity care for 10,000 women with high-risk pregnancies in Washington by reducing cuts to Medicaid services.
