Dean Baker is co-director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research in Washington, DC. He has written several books, and is frequently cited in economics reporting in major media outlets, including the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, CNBC, and National Public Radio.

Dean is on the Board of Directors of the Economic Opportunity Institute, and has made many presentations during his multitude of trips out to the west coast.
